This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the conduct of individual users of the Sky Luxury Travel Agent Portal. It supplements the Terms & Conditions agreed between your agency and Sky Luxury Travel Limited ("SLT"). By using the Portal you agree to this Agreement.
1. Your Responsibilities as a Portal User
- You must only make bookings and quotes that represent genuine travel requirements from real customers. Speculative, test, or dummy bookings are prohibited unless explicitly agreed with SLT in writing.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter into the Portal, including passenger names, travel dates, contact details, and payment information.
- You must ensure your customers are made aware of and agree to the relevant airline, hotel, or tour operator terms before confirming any booking.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and data protection legislation when using the Portal.
2. Pricing Confidentiality
- The agent net prices displayed in this Portal are strictly confidential. You must not disclose net prices to your customers, competitors, or any third party.
- Customer-facing documents (quotes, invoices, itineraries) generated through the Portal display only your customer sell price. Never issue documents that reveal the net price.
- Breach of pricing confidentiality may result in immediate termination of your Portal access and Agency Agreement.
3. Booking Accuracy and Ticketing
- You are responsible for verifying that all booking details are correct before confirming. Name changes after ticketing may incur supplier fees which are your agency's responsibility.
- Bookings confirmed through the Portal enter an SLT ticketing queue. Tickets are issued by SLT staff — you will receive a confirmation once issued. Do not advise customers that tickets are confirmed until you receive SLT's written confirmation.
- If you identify an error in a booking after confirmation, contact SLT immediately at bookings@skyluxurytravel.com.
4. Invoicing and Customer Documents
- Customer invoices and quotes issued through the Portal carry your agency's branding. SLT is not responsible for any commercial commitments you make to your customers in such documents.
- Agency invoices (amounts owed to SLT) are issued by SLT and are payable in accordance with your credit terms. Do not dispute agency invoices by withholding payment — raise a query with our accounts team while continuing to pay undisputed amounts.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Attempt to access any data, system, or account that you are not authorised to access.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Portal without SLT's written consent.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Portal's software or design.
- Use the Portal to process any transaction that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
- Share your login credentials, allow others to use your account, or attempt to impersonate another user.
- Upload or transmit any malicious software, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
6. Team Management (Agency Admin Users)
If you hold the Agency Admin role you have the ability to invite and manage other users within your agency's Portal account. As an agency admin you are responsible for:
- Ensuring only authorised, current employees of your agency are granted access.
- Promptly revoking access for any user who leaves your agency or no longer requires Portal access.
- Assigning appropriate roles (Admin vs Staff) based on each user's responsibilities.
7. Monitoring and Audit
SLT may monitor Portal activity for security, compliance, and quality assurance purposes. All actions taken within the Portal — including bookings, quotes, invoices, and user management — are logged and may be audited. Irregular activity may be investigated and may result in account suspension.
8. Suspension and Termination
SLT may suspend or terminate your Portal access without notice if:
- You breach any provision of this Agreement or the Terms & Conditions.
- Your agency's credit account falls into default.
- We have reason to believe your account has been compromised.
- Your agency's relationship with SLT is terminated for any reason.
